HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK, DO I HAVE TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE THE PACKAGE?

As we are shipping alcohol products, as a condition of our license, we ask for a signature and proof of age on delivery. Unfortunately, we can't leave a package unattended (the bonus for you is that no one else will drink it when you aren't there). If you aren't generally home during the day, we suggest you set your delivery address to your work address. Everyone will be jealous.

HOW MUCH WILL I PAY FOR SHIPPING

We charge a flat fee of $9 for delivery within the Adelaide Metro area and $14.95 across Australia. If you order a subscription, we ship to you free. You’re welcome.

IS MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SECURE?

Your personal online security is important to us. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system and we use SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. We don’t store any of your credit card information and will never share your personal data without your consent

HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY BEER?

Delivery depends on where you are.  We ship out of Adelaide, so the further you are from us, the longer it will take.  The good news is, you should be able to expect delivery within 3 days to major metropolitan centres and 5 days to regional area.  Check delivery times on the checkout section of our website before you pay.  All deliveries are tracked, so you will be able to see when that tasty package is going to turn up on your doorstep.

THAT BEER WAS TOO WEIRD FOR ME!  WHAT CAN I DO?

Option 1:  Give it to someone you don't like.

Option 2:  Get in touch to arrange a replacement, credit or refund.

We aim to represent all aspects of the Australian independent beer industry. Some beers are going to be a bit more interesting than others, so please make sure you read the descriptions before you decide whether that beer is for you. That said, we've tasted everything we stock and we stand by our beers so, if for any reason the beer you get is too crazy for your taste, get in touch with us and we’ll arrange pick up of any unopened bottles/cans and give you a replacement, credit or refund.

HOW DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION WORK?

Order subscription, get beer, free delivery.  Rinse and repeat.

But seriously, just add the subscription you want to your cart, then head over to the check out as usual. We'll bill your card on the first day of the month and your beer will ship out a few days later. This repeats for as many months as it says on the plan.

Log into your account, head over to the settings and you can pause your subscription at any time.

WHEN WILL MY BEERS ARRIVE?

Sign up before the end of the month for next month's delivery.  We ship on the 5th of each month, so you'll have a fresh beer in your hands very soon after that.  You will then receive your beers every month or for as long as your subscription lasts..

WHEN IS PAYMENT CHARGED?

Payment is charged on the 1st of the month and will continue every month for as long as your plan lasts.  If, for any reason your card is declined, we will let you know and try to bill you again on the 3rd of the month.
